The challenge: The existing site had weak performance and conversion metrics. The mobile experience was poor and the brand's premium values were not coming through.
Our approach: Brand and user research, new information architecture, a UI system built from scratch, and a performance-first build on Next.js.
The result: A Lighthouse score of 98, a meaningful uplift in conversions, and a simpler content management workflow — all within 60 days of launch.
