WebGloria is a premium web design and development studio based in Azerbaijan. This site (webgloria.com) is the studio's marketing platform: it introduces our services and allows prospective clients to reach us.
For the purposes of this policy, the data controller is WebGloria. Contact: hello@webgloria.com.
Our site collects data from two sources:
Via the contact form: When you fill in a brief on the /contact page — we receive your name, email address, company name, and project details (budget, timeline, goals). This data is used solely to contact you, evaluate your project, and initiate the contract process.
Via analytics: We collect minimal analytics data to understand which pages are visited, browser type, and country. This data does not identify individuals — it is used only to see which parts of the site are useful.
We do not collect identity documents, financial records, legal documents, or special-category data (health, religion, ethnic origin).
Every piece of data we collect has a clear purpose:
We do not use your data for newsletters, advertising, or third-party campaigns. If we ever add such a service, we will obtain your explicit consent in advance.
Contact form data is stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database. The database is hosted on Vercel infrastructure — connections are TLS-encrypted and only authorised system components can access it.
Analytics data is stored anonymously in log files. No individual user profiles are created.
Brief submissions that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Data related to active clients is retained for 5 years from the date the contract is signed (tax and accounting requirements).
We do not sell your data to third parties. Sharing only occurs in three cases:
