When is payment due?

Payment is made after the site is fully complete and handed over to you. That means once you've checked the design, code, and all agreed features and confirmed everything — then the invoice is raised. You pay after you're happy with the work.

For larger projects (package price above 5,000 AZN) we can offer a two-stage payment: 30% upfront, 70% on delivery. These terms are set out precisely in the contract.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Bank transfer (AZN and USD/EUR), card payment, and formal invoicing for legal entities. Wise and SWIFT are supported for international clients.

In all cases a payment receipt or electronic invoice is issued.

Question 3

Can the price change after it's been agreed?

Accepted Answer

No. As long as the agreed scope (list of features) doesn't change, the price stays fixed — no hidden costs.

If you decide to add a new feature during the project, we present it separately, provide the cost and timeline impact in writing upfront. It only moves forward once you confirm.

How long does it take to build a site?

It depends on the package:
• Landing page — 10–14 days
• Corporate site (5–10 pages) — 3–4 weeks
• E-commerce / SaaS platform — 6–10 weeks

The clock starts once the brief is confirmed and initial content is received. Exact deadlines for each phase are set out in the contract.

How do we start a project?

Question 6

Can I see the design before approving it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The design is built live in Figma — you can follow the process every day, leave comments, and refine directly with the team. We only move to coding once the design is fully approved.

Question 7

How many revisions can I make?

Accepted Answer

2 full revision rounds per phase are included in the package (2 during design, 2 during development). In practice that covers 95% of cases.

Extra revision rounds are charged at an hourly rate, agreed upfront — never added without warning.

Question 8

Is domain and hosting included?

Accepted Answer

The domain belongs to you — we help with the order, but it's registered in your name (roughly 25–40 AZN per year).

Hosting depends on the package: all packages include 1 year of premium hosting (Vercel Pro or equivalent). From the second year it starts at 240 AZN per year — or you can migrate to your own hosting.

Will I be able to edit the site myself?

Yes. All corporate and e-commerce projects include an admin panel — adding text, images, news, and products requires no technical knowledge.

At handover you receive a 30-minute video walkthrough and a written guide.

Question 10

Is SEO included?

Accepted Answer

Yes — technical SEO is included in every package: speed optimisation, mobile compatibility, structured data (schema.org), sitemap, robots.txt, Open Graph, and Google Search Console connection.

Keyword research, content strategy, and monthly SEO monitoring are separate services — noted in the pricing.

Which devices and browsers does the site work on?

The last 2 versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, plus iOS Safari and Android Chrome. All sites are built mobile-first and work perfectly on phones.

Legacy browser support (IE 11 etc.) is not standard, but can be arranged on request.

Is there support after handover?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every launch includes 30 days of free bug-fix and query support — any technical issue found in that period is resolved at no charge.

Ongoing monthly support packages are available: content updates, design adjustments, performance audits. Prices are on the /pricing page.

Question 13

Who owns the site and the code?

Accepted Answer

You do. Once full payment is made, the design files (Figma), code (GitHub repo), and all domain rights transfer to you. You can work with any other team at any time — no lock-in.

What if I want to add features in the future?

You can continue with us — existing clients receive a 15% discount on additional work.

Or you can work with another team. The code is clean, documented, and follows standard Next.js architecture — any frontend developer can pick it up.

What happens if the site goes down?

Premium hosting (Vercel) guarantees 99.99% uptime — in practice roughly 1 hour of total downtime per year. In critical situations (site down, hack, DNS issue) we respond immediately within the free support period.

After the support period, monthly packages with SLA are available.

We don't work on template sites, ultra-low-budget projects, or gambling/adult content.

Yes. We currently have clients in Azerbaijan, Turkey, UAE, and Europe. Full communication in English and Russian, and international payment methods (Wise, SWIFT) are supported.

Who prepares the content (text and images)?

You provide it — but you won't be staring at a blank page. During the brief phase we give you a structured template for text, and if needed we can recommend a copywriter and photographer (separate service).

Any sections without content are filled with high-quality placeholders so the process keeps moving.
